What are Affirmations?
Affirmations are positive sentences or statements said out loud to reprogram both your conscious mind and subconscious mind. Affirmations change your thoughts which changes your emotions, so you act and think differently, therefore affecting your results. Positive affirmations are a great mood booster and should be repeated 2-3 times daily, the more you repeat your affirmations the quicker they will be embedded into your mind. It may be hard to believe a certain affirmation so instead of saying “I am” you could say “I am beginning to”. A series of similar affirmations put together and recorded is a great way to change your mindset. Recording your affirmations is a great timesaver as you can pop your earphones in and listen while in the car, cleaning the house or going for a walk.
